The challenge
Visit BLK RVA ran a giveaway for Black-owned businesses across the Richmond region. The prize wasn't cash — it was professional content most of these businesses could never otherwise justify. Someone still had to make it. Eighteen businesses, eighteen different rooms, one timeline.
The work
We wrote a production sheet for every business before a camera came out of the bag — exterior, interior, product, staff, owner portraits, b-roll. Eighteen shoots, one repeatable system. It came back as 498 photos and 15 films.
The films
They ship without sound, on purpose. These weren’t made for our reel — they were made for the businesses to post, with their own music, in their own voice.

The outcome
Every business walked away owning a library of professional photo and video — the kind of asset that normally sits out of reach for a small business, and that keeps working long after a campaign ends.
“Jumpstart's video and creative capabilities brought our vision to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. Their team consistently delivered high-quality content that captured the spirit of our region.”
