What we did

Brand identity, website, photo & video

Year

Working together since 2022 · Washington, DC

The challenge

Cann was doing high-end residential and commercial work in Washington, DC — and running it through a Squarespace template with almost no professional photography behind it. The craftsmanship was there. Nothing online proved it. For a design-and-build firm that competes on taste, that gap costs work.

The identity

A restrained mark and type system built to sit quietly next to the architecture — never competing with the work it frames.

The website

A WordPress build with a filterable portfolio, so every project gets a page that does it justice.

The homepage — a full-bleed film of the work, not a stock hero.

The portfolio — every project gets a page of its own.

The content

We didn’t just design the site — we filled it. Professional photography and video across their projects, so the portfolio finally had work worth showing.

The outcome

Cann has a brand, a site, and a growing library of work they own outright. They can show up confidently online — and walk into a room with something to point to.

Our partnership with Jumpstart has been transformative. They’ve not only developed our digital presence from the ground up but have also become an integral part of our journey, celebrating our identity as a woman-owned business and amplifying our voice in the industry.
